Each time I teach English classes on U.S. laws at Korean universities
I am always faced with the daunting problem of providing my students
with materials regarding U.S. laws even though there are a lot of books and
treaties in relation of U.S. laws. Therefore I am always feeling that “a famine
of class materials in a feast of U.S. references” especially when I teach the U.S.
business law.
